MODEL STORIES: DJ’ing with Maisie Kate Young!
April 24, 2019

WOW – What a weekend!

Mini Mode’s third season and first birthday was on the 15th and 16th February! The event was spread over two glamourous days for Industry and Consumers in Marylebone. With over 180 models and 25 designers, it was an unmissable experience!

Amanda Rabor, Founder of Mini Mode says:  “It was truly an incredible show. A lot of hard work but I’m so happy it paid off. Now we can focus on growing Mini Mode and making it the place to be for fashion, fun and family during London Kids Fashion Week.”

Guests were greeted with beautiful goody bags printed by RGM including special VIP goody bags in a gorgeous pink that everyone LOVED!

The performers

A huge shoutout goes to our kid presenters and performers. Showcasing kid talent and giving them a chance to have a platform like this is what we’re all about.  It’s about giving kids confidence and a chance to shine.

Hosts included Denny Ashiton, Lexi Gibbon and Zayne and Zerina.

You may recognise Denny as he performed a monologue at our last show. It was a delight to have him return and be part of our hosting panel this season!

Lexi Gibbon has been part of our show since the beginning. She sung in the first show and modelled in our second show and this time she was a triple threat – she co-hosted, she debuted her song and she also modelled!

Zayne and Zerina are our youngest hosts and brought a fabulous energy and excitement to the show. Their outfits were sponsored by the amazing Raspberry Plum – don’t they look fab!

Here’s our fabulous DJ Maisie rocking one of Ellie Wollard’s looks, one of our graduate designers from the show – she also DJ’ed at our last show – isn’t she amazing?
