Episode One: Maya Interviews Akwa Baby

In episode one, 12 year old Maya Glitters is interviewing African inspired brand Akwa Baby. In this interview, they discuss trends, sustainability, the future and more.

Akwa Baby created a unisex kids clothing range that is made to stand out and spread a positive message. Inspired by Nnenna Emily’s Nigerian heritage and the African art of storytelling textiles, the clothing carries symbols to represent affirmations and positive messages of self-belief and love.

Amarah London is a luxury special occasion wear brand for girls aged 2 to 16 years old.
Their collections tell themed stories throughout each season and are inspired by their designers favourite era silhouettes.
Created in 2017 by founder and women’s evening wear designer Selina Locker, after seeing great demand for her ‘mummy & me’ bespoke special occasion dresses. Selina begun to explore the world of occasion wear for girls, designing flower girls dresses and fun fanciful birthday party outfits for her private clients.

Twins Mjolnir and Mjolniya @themomotwins has interviewed the founder of @mokacollection, Zalia! You may recognise Moka as one of the designers that’s been in the Mini Mode Runway, in fact our very own Mjolniya modelled for them!

Moka Collection is an occasionwear brand for kids from Canada which has been going since 1979… wow! Their designs are known for their unique cuts and are perfect for that next party or wedding!
