We’re kicking off this series with our interview with Julia Redman, this fantastic lady specialises in childrenswear, she’s a former buyer and head of buying for many years until she set up her own sourcing and buying consultancy business @buyers_eye last year.
She’s absolutely incredible and we’re so excited to be sharing her words of wisdom with you all in this interview that she held with our fabulous founder Amanda! We have divided her interview into multiple parts – in this part, she’s touching on the impact of Covid-19, localisation and how retailers need to diversify and get creative to improve their situation.
In future parts, Julia will be going into depth about how buying processes have changed since Covid-19, what buyers want to see in childrenswear and more.
